Project Status

Park Square Depot will provide a multi-purpose space offering a year-round variety of recreational, educational, and marketing opportunities to Rutherford County citizens and visitors. The structure will be located adjacent to the Thermal Belt Rail Trail at the Oak Street and Park Square intersection and will allow the Farmers Market to expand the number of vendors and offerings to customers. Additionally, a new commercial-grade community kitchen will offer demonstration and instructional space, separate food prep and hand wash sinks, and roll-up garage doors to make the facility operational in all four seasons.

Opportunities for Giving

The farmers market project is still in the design phase, and the City has worked diligently to raise financial support.
